A long-time real estate licensee since 1981, Inder brings a unique combination of 30 years construction engineering experience and 28 years experience in real estate sales and development.
Inder is originally from New Delhi, India, but has lived the majority of his life in Honolulu, Hawaii. Inder graduated with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1971. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and Realtor Associate (RA) in the State of Hawaii.
Inder has built and remodeled homes in Kahala and Hawaii Kai. He has been a resident of Hawaii for over thirty-seven years. He knows the neighbors, the community, and the homes. He is value oriented, enthusiastic, organized and adaptable to changing economic forces and market trends. Real estate is his passion.
He is an active member of HBR, NAR and MLS. He is a past member of ACEC, CECH, ASHRAE, ASME and CSI.
