John is one of the founders and a Broker-in-Charge at Island, REALTORS®. He has been licensed for the last 27 years as a salesperson, broker, principal broker, and now broker-in-charge. John is the immediate past chairman of the Real Estate Commission for the State of Hawaii. He served on this commission for 8 years and was appointed as the chairman of the commission by two different governors. At the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, he currently serves as the Chair of the Professional Standards Committee. He has served on this committee for the past 5 years.
